DM9640 is an all-weather retroreflective vehicle tail flag made of PVC material with encapsulated glass bead structure. Truck Flags are tough weather resistant, high-performance reflective film, the flags can easily be recognized night and day. The set contains one flag with right-hand and one flag with left-hand chevron pattern. How to test the reflective effect?

1. Take pictures with a mobile phone at a distance of more than 3 meters in a dark environment.

2. Stand a flashlight at a height of more than 5 meters in the dark, with the flashlight shining at the tip of the nose to reflect light.

3.Conduct the test with a car at a distance of more than 20 meters in a dark environment.

How is the adhesion performance?

1. The reflective adhesive backing is a chronic adhesive. The longer the time, the stronger the stickiness.

2. Please be careful when pasting and stick it in one go. Pasting it a second time will affect the adhesion.

3. Please stick it firmly when pasting. It will be completely firm after 72 hours and can be used all day long.

4. If you need to remove it after long-term use, please heat it up with a hair dryer before removing.

5.Surface residue glue can be wiped off with alcohol or toilet water.

Why is the reflective effect I tested not strong?

The reflection you tested was weak because your testing method was incorrect.

1. Please conduct the test at a distance of at least 3 meters. Due to the issue of reflection Angle, it needs to be at a certain distance away.

2. The principle of reflective stickers is that wherever the light source comes from, the reflection will return to the light source, thereby alerting the driver.

3. The reflective intensity of reflective stickers is directly proportional to the light intensity; the stronger the light source, the stronger the reflection.
