The product demonstrates excellent physical properties with superior tensile strength and resistance to breakage. It offers outstanding reflectivity with highly visible retroreflective performance that enhances recognition. The warning lines provide exceptional decorative and cautionary effects when applied to various products.

The reflective yarn is available in two types: bright silver single-sided slit film and double-sided slit film. The double-sided reflective yarn can be produced in a minimum width of 0.25mm, while the single-sided version has a minimum width of 1mm. To enhance brightness, polyester fiber is used, providing low stretch and high tensile strength. It is free from harmful migratory substances such as DOP and DOS, ensuring safety for human use.

Will there be any powder shedding during the use of reflective thread?

During the use of reflective thread, slight powder shedding may occur. However, this is not a performance issue of the reflective thread itself. The reason is that reflective thread is made from reflective yarn, which are produced by die-cutting reflective film into fine strands. Before die-cutting, the surface of the reflective film is uniformly coated with glass microbeads. During the cutting process, some microbeads at the edges of the yarn may become exposed. In subsequent use, these microbeads may detach, resulting in minor powder shedding.

What colors are available for reflective yarn, and is customization possible?

Our reflective thread comes in standard and customized options:

How to test the reflective effect?

1. Take pictures with a mobile phone at a distance of more than 3 meters in a dark environment.

2. Stand a flashlight at a height of more than 5 meters in the dark, with the flashlight shining at the tip of the nose to reflect light.

3. Conduct the test with a car at a distance of more than 20 meters in a dark environment.

Why is the reflective effect I tested not strong?

The reflection you tested was weak because your testing method was incorrect.

1. Please conduct the test at a distance of at least 3 meters. Due to the issue of reflection Angle, it needs to be at a certain distance away.

2. The principle of reflective stickers is that wherever the light source comes from, the reflection will return to the light source, thereby alerting the driver.

3. The reflective intensity of reflective stickers is directly proportional to the light intensity; the stronger the light source, the stronger the reflection.
