High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) Grade DM7600 Series

DM7600 High Intensity Prismatic Grade Series is a non-metallized micro prismatic reflective sheeting. Its surface is a high weather resistance PMMA layer and it adopts encapsulated structure, which greatly enhances the product's performance, including resistance to extreme temperatures, wind-rain erosion etc., and gives the product a service life of over 10 years. At the same time, the product has an alternating light-dark stripe design, which can reduce directional sensitivity and enhance the reflective effect. Therefore, DM7600 is highly suitable for occasions requiring long-term durability and high reflective performance, such as high-speed road signs, permanent traffic signs, intersection signs etc.

1.Exceptional Processing Performance
DM7600 exhibits outstanding processing performance, supporting fabrication processing techniques such as screen printing, die cutting, and digital printing. With its optimal thickness, it effectively conceals substrate imperfections. It also features high tensile resistance and excellent interlayer adhesion, ensuring stability during processing without deformation, delamination, or tearing.

2.Excellent Adhesive Performance
DM7600 utilizes high-efficiency pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), which minimizes air bubbles and wrinkling during application. The adhesive layer features uniform and moderate thickness, ensuring both strong bonding to substrates and overall structural stability. The product excels in extreme environments, maintaining robust adhesion and resisting detachment at temperatures as high as 60°C or as low as -40°C.

3.Outstanding Weather Resistance
DM7600 incorporates a high weatherability PMMA layer and advanced encapsulation technology, effectively preventing internal structural aging and damage caused by external environmental factors and resulting in a service life of over 10 years.

4.Exceptional Reflective Performance
DM7600 micro prismatic reflective sheeting is engineered based on the principles of refraction and total internal reflection of cube-corner pyramids. With 35,000 micro structured triangular prisms densely packed per square centimeter and each cube-corner prism boasting a surface finish precision of 5 nanometers with dimensional errors below 1 micrometer , the product achieves superior retro-reflectivity, extended visibility range, and enhanced target recognition. Additionally, its unique alternating light-dark stripe design reduces directional sensitivity, ensuring more uniform retroreflective coefficients across various viewing angles.

Method 1: How to distinguish DM8900, DM7600, DM5600？

Method:
Observe the Yin-Yang stripes on the surface of the product. If there are no Yin-Yang stripes on the surface of the product, it is DM8900; if there are wide Yin-Yang stripes, it is DM7600; if there are thin Yin-Yang stripes, it is DM5600.

Adhesive Application

DM7600 High Intensity Prismatic Grade series sheeting is recommended to use on the aluminium and steel boards. When used on a High-density polyethylene (HDPE) surface or PP surface, different kinds of adhesives for these surfaces can be offered.

Entrance Angularity Performance and Orientation

DM7600 High Intensity Prismatic Grade series sheeting has a wide angle reflectivity. However, the efficiency of light return from cube corner reflectors is not equal at all application orientations. DM7600 series is recommended to apply at 0°orientation. See the picture below for details.
