DMZ01 Lime Yellow Webbing with Heat Transfer Print D4102. This product is made of polyester-based reflective film (DM), supports home washing, and produces highly visible retroreflective light when in use, ensuring outstanding wearer visibility.

Features

1. Domestic Washing
Washer: Standard House washing machine; Temperature: 40-60°C; Detergent: Neutral detergent (PH : 7); Ironing: Not recommended; Bleaching: Not recommended.
2. Industrial Wash
Industrial wash: Not recommended; Tunnel Drying: Not recommended; Tumble dry: Not recommended; Ironing: Not Recommended.
3. Application Instructions ( Important )
1. Head Machine to 130~150°C depending on the fabric you should print on
2. Remove plastic layer under adhesive side, place the heat transfer film on the fabric (substrate) adhesive side down.
3. Apply heat and pressure under about 3kgs weight for 3~5 seconds. Remove the plastic layer on the reflective surface after cold. If necessary, pls heat press the film again after removing the plastic layer.

Storage: Store in a cool place free of moisture, dry area and use within 1 year of receipt. Rolls should be stored in their original cartons, whilst partially used rolls should be returned to their carton. The retro-reflective performance of all reflective materials is affected by soiling. Any kind of dirt, such as liquid chemicals, greases and alike will reduce brightness in the area of contamination. For specific guidance contact your DM representative.

 How to test the reflective effect?

1. Take pictures with a mobile phone at a distance of more than 3 meters in a dark environment.
2. Stand a flashlight at a height of more than 5 meters in the dark, with the flashlight shining at the tip of the nose to reflect light.
3. Conduct the test with a car at a distance of more than 20 meters in a dark environment.

Why is the reflective effect I tested not strong?

The reflection you tested was weak because your testing method was incorrect.
1. Please conduct the test at a distance of at least 3 meters. Due to the issue of reflection Angle, it needs to be at a certain distance away.
2. The principle of reflective stickers is that wherever the light source comes from, the reflection will return to the light source, thereby alerting the driver.
3. The reflective intensity of reflective stickers is directly proportional to the light intensity; the stronger the light source, the stronger the reflection.
