Excellent durability, flexibility and impact resistance
It can work stably in extreme temperature environments ranging from -40℃ to 85℃, resist long-term UV radiation without aging, withstand 500 bending tests without cracking, and endure falling impacts from a height of 1.5 meters without damage, meeting the requirements of long-term outdoor use.
Micro bead embedded reflective film
It adopts uniformly distributed high-refractive-index glass microbeads, which are embedded in a special resin layer to form a stable light-reflective structure. The nighttime light reflection intensity reaches over 300cd/lx·m², ensuring that license plate information can be clearly identified from 100 meters away by vehicles.
Suitable for manufacturing high-quality vehicle license plates
It complies with the GB/T 18833-2012 standard, has high color saturation and is not easy to fade. The character edges are clear without burrs, and it shows no rust after 500 hours of salt spray testing, being suitable for the production specifications of various motor vehicle license plates.
Has good roll coating adaptability
The surface tension is stably maintained at 38-42dyn/cm. The coating adhesion during roll coating reaches over 5N/25mm, and the coating thickness deviation can be controlled within ±2μm, making it suitable for large-scale automated production line operations.
Can be used for screen printing
It supports 80-120 mesh screen printing. After the ink is cured, the adhesion grade reaches level 0 (according to the ASTM D3359 standard), which can accurately present complex graphics and texts. The printed patterns can withstand 500 friction tests without falling off.

Processing operation tips
During stamping, control the stamping force and angle to avoid damage to the reflective film or ink peeling due to improper operation; if erasing is involved, use a special erasing liquid with moderate wiping force.

Storage precautions
Store the product in a cool, dry and ventilated environment, avoid direct sunlight and humid conditions, and keep it away from corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis to prevent the performance of the reflective film from being affected.
