During the film manufacturing process,colored patterns and watermarks can be preprinted within the reflective.Additionally,laser anti-counterfeiting marks with specific viewing angle can be incorporated.

How to perfectly fit complex surfaces?

DMV9000 series flexible film is suitable for simple curves. For complex curves,a segmented installation process is recommended to avoid over stressing the material. Additionally,all edges and corners must undergo rounded treatment to improve the appearance of the kit and effectively reduce the risk of edge lifting while jet washing.The ambient temperature must match the vehicle surface temperature and be maintained  between  60°F and 100°F (15°C and 38°C)during installation.It is recommended that applied DMV9000 flexible film within this temperature range for at least 2 hours after application.

How to properly store the product?

DMV9000 series maintains a one-year shelf life from purchase date at a temperature between 64-75°F (18-24°C) and a relative humidity between 45-55%. The film must be applied within this one year time frame. It should be stored in their original packaging or suspended vertically via core mounting . Sheeted material should be interleaved with slip sheets to avoid direct face-to-face contact .
