DM8300 Reflective film for license plate

DM8300 reflective film is a durable, flexible, and impact-resistant peelable microbead-embedded reflective film. It has extensive printing adaptability and can be subjected to operations such as screen printing, roller coating, thermal transfer, and inkjet printing. During the production process of DM8300, colored patterns and watermarks can be pre-printed inside the reflective film, and laser anti-counterfeiting marks with angle hiding function can also be set.

Features

1. The reflectivity coefficient is not less than 70% of the standard specified in GA666 - 2006.

2.High level of cohesion tested on different materials included iron plate, glass board and PMMA board, and it’s comply with the standard of GA666-2006

3.High level of temperature resistance, experiment sample has been put in the environment of -40°c for 15h and 70°c for 7h. The result of no cracking, chalking, or delamination indicates the high level of temperature resistance  

DM8300 reflective film can be applied to license plates. Its excellent reflective performance can provide high recognition at night, increasing the visible distance for following vehicles. Moreover, its extensive printability not only allows it to be used on license plates of different materials, but also enables adaptation to various printing methods, which can save costs and make the price more competitive. Finally, its high-temperature resistance allows it to maintain performance in extreme environments and prolong its service life.
