Things to know while application
For the unwinding of film application equipment, active unwinding with a servo motor or AC motor combined with a magnetic powder brake and tension controller should be adopted to ensure the stability of tension control. Use measuring tools to measure the width change of the reflective film before and after film application to avoid excessive stretching. Generally, the shrinkage rate should be controlled within 1%. Adjustment for film deviation during application: Properly adjust the roller pressure. Generally, the film tends to deviate towards the side with higher pressure.
