Features
1.Three-layer Structure
The product is composed of a PET protective film, 50UV layer, and release film. The PET protective film effectively resists scratches, fingerprints, and abrasions while maintaining high light transmittance to ensure clear display images without color distortion. The release film adopts a silicone coating process, ensuring bubble-free application and precise peeling without adhesive residue.
2.Excellent protective performance
DM50UV can effectively prevent moisture intrusion, providing waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-oxidation effects. When this product is laminated onto reflective films, it protects the pattern colors of printed materials, delays ink fading and color degradation, and enhances the product's weather resistance. Meanwhile, the surface contaminants can be easily cleaned during regular maintenance.

How to distinguish DM1700 ElectroCut Film from DM50UV Cold Lamination Film?
01
/
Ensure the surface of the item to be laminated is clean
Before using cold laminating film, the surface of the item should be cleaned to ensure it is dry, free of dust and oil stains, so as to achieve a better bonding effect and avoid the formation of bubbles or impurity particles.

/
Manual operation method
Peel off a small section of the release layer from the cold laminating film, align it with the edge of the item to be laminated, and use a squeegee to slowly push and press from the middle to the periphery. Peel off the release layer while scraping to flatten the film, avoiding air entrapment. Meanwhile, ensure uniform pressure to prevent wrinkles.

Bubble treatment
In case of a small number of bubbles, use a squeegee to gently squeeze and expel them from the edge of the bubble outward; if the bubbles are large or dense, the film should be promptly peeled off and re-pasted to avoid film damage caused by forced scraping and pressing.
