1. Micro-prismatic Structure Reflector Formed by Compression Molding 
Globally, only Daoming and 3M employ the process of forming micro-prismatic structure reflectors through compression molding. This reflector process allows for more convenient customization, as it can be cut to the size required by customers. In contrast, integral injection molding requires customized molds and has a longer production cycle.

 Packaging

The bases of the road studs are stacked bottom to bottom and arranged neatly and compactly in the carton to avoid collisions between retro-reflectors. The outer packaging shall be marked with internationally recognized symbols: Keep Dry, Keep Away from Sunlight, Do Not Stack, Keep Away from Fire and so on.

Transportation

Road studs should be avoided from extrusion, impact, sunshine, and rain during transportation.

Storage

The product should be placed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated environment. The stacking height should not exceed 1meter, and the product should be kept away from heat sources. The storage period shall not exceed 12 months from the date of leaving the factory.
