DM2600 Printing Ink Series

DM series printing ink has remarkable outdoor weather resistance and are soft, which widely apply to print various outdoor ink signs and different signs for vehicles. The printing ink color is bright, transparency is good and adhesiveness is good. Its surface has the very good extensibility, suiting for printing on ACRYLIC, PVC etc. It is easy to operate. It is a special printing ink which we develop for HI grade and EG reflective sheeting.

DM series inks have excellent outdoor weather resistance, can remain stable in various complex outdoor environments, are not easy to fade or age, and are suitable for printed products used outdoors for a long time.

good flexibility
The ink has good flexibility, and the ink layer can better adapt to the deformation of the substrate after printing. For example, when applied to the surface of objects prone to deformation such as car bodies, problems such as cracking and peeling are not easy to occur.

High transparency and printing fastness

Distinguish

Observe the color

Genuine ink has bright and uniform colors with little color difference between different batches. If the color is dull, uneven, or there is a significant color difference between different batches of the same model, it may be a counterfeit product.

Detect drying speed

Test according to the drying conditions in the instruction manual. Within the specified time, the genuine ink should dry normally and the surface should reach the corresponding dry state. If the drying speed is significantly slower than the standard or the surface condition after drying is poor (such as sticky, cracked, etc.), there may be a problem.

Check flexibility

Take the printed sample and perform moderate bending, stretching and other operations. The ink layer printed with genuine ink should be able to better follow the deformation of the substrate without cracking or peeling easily; if the ink layer is brittle and easily damaged, it may not be a genuine product.

Test weather resistance

Accelerated aging tests can be conducted on the ink by simulating outdoor environments (such as using UV aging test chambers and other equipment). After a certain period of simulated testing, genuine ink should be able to maintain its color, gloss and other properties well; if severe fading, aging and other phenomena occur, it may be an inferior product.

Check printing fastness

Use appropriate methods (such as the tape adhesion method) to test the fastness of the printed matter. Paste the tape on the printed surface and tear it off quickly. The patterns and text printed with genuine ink should remain basically intact without a large amount of ink being stuck; if the ink is easily stuck off, it indicates insufficient fastness and may be a counterfeit product.

Drying time

It takes 30 minutes to dry in room temperature (18℃-30℃); 10 minutes in hot dry (40℃). The surface is already dry, then keep for 24 hours in room temperature (18℃-30℃), the ink performance will be best. Please note: The drying velocity are different while the conditions are different.

Screen

When printing retro-reflecting sheeting, please use the high density screen, above 300.

Diluent

DM2600 diluent.

Cleaning

Use ordinary abluent when washing the screen.
