Features
1.High transparency
The ink, after curing, features high light transmittance and excellent color reproduction. In reflective film applications, its high transparency ensures the optical performance of the underlying reflective materials remains unaffected, while rendering printed patterns clear and lifelike. For instance, on traffic signs, it can present vivid colors without reducing the nighttime reflective effect.
2.High Weather Resistance
This ink can withstand long-term outdoor environmental exposure and exhibits strong resistance to UV, thermal cycling (high and low temperatures), chemical substance, and moist-heat aging.
3.High Glossiness
After drying, the ink layer formed by this ink has a smooth and flat surface. It not only enhances the visual texture but also improves color saturation, making it particularly suitable for high-end advertising signs.
4.Smoothness
By adding a leveling agent, the surface friction coefficient is reduced, which can lower the risk of scratches during handling or installation. Additionally, it facilitates ink leveling during printing and prevents residual air bubbles.

1、Preparation before printing: Cleaned screen printing stencil and squeegee with a suitable solvent. Cleaned film with dust cloth.
2、Color adjusting: Before printing, the ink and thinner are mixed in a certain proportion to make standard color. After thorough mixing by using a stirrer, let the mixture stand for a certain amount of time to allow air bubbles to escape, and then the ink can be printed. If it can be left to stand for two hours, the printing effect will be better. (Dilution: Use 783 thinner or DM2800 series thinner.) With the proper thinner and printing material, it is possible to print up to 25-30 square meters of area per kilogram of ink.

3、Screen printing: The recommended screen stencil with appropriate mesh count ensures colored prints on white DM reflective films meet national standards for daylight colors of reflective materials and the printed materials’ reflective performance data.

4、Drying: After solvent evaporation, the ink film begins to cure. Drying time depends on room temperature, air humidity, and drying conditions (good air circulation is required if using a drying rack). For DM SO Series ink, allow 30 minutes of air drying at 25°C for surface dryness and 48 hours for full dryness; alternatively, dry in a 75°C oven for 30 minutes. Printed products must be fully dry before stacking. Complete curing occurs after 8 days, at which point the ink film achieves high weather resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical stress resistance.

Operation precautions
Closed operation, comprehensive ventilation, away from fire, heat sources, etc. Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by the operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear dust masks (full face mask), rubber protective clothing, rubber gloves, keep away from fire and heat sources, no smoking in the workplace, and use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment.

Shipping and Storage
Shipping: When handling, load and unload gently to avoid damaging packaging and containers. For transportation, equip the vehicle with appropriate fire-fighting equipment and leak emergency tools; protect from sunlight, rain, and high temperatures during transit. When stopping midway, keep away from fire, heat sources, and high-temperature areas.
Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire, heat sources, and direct sunlight; store at ≤30℃ with containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption. Store separately from oxidizers, acids, alkali metals, amines, etc.—do not mix. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation; prohibit spark-prone machinery/tools. Equip the storage area with leak emergency equipment and suitable containment materials.
